The Urban data platform designed to help the Municipality of Turin to improve urban security
ToNite's proposition is therefore to be able to facilitate an approach multidisciplinary to the management of safety in the city, integrating e displaying data that is relevant in order to understand and monitor the phenomenon. The elaborations and visualizations enabled by the platform, therefore, allow for the orientation and structuring of policies, programs, and actions by the city.
As Senior UX designer, I lead the design team of Experientia designing the platform, in collaboration with the Engineering development team and Torino Wireless data strategists.

Model
Based on the interviews and co-design activities conducted with users and stakeholders, we finalized the design scenarios that describe the platform's functionalities. In addition we delivered a benchmark was by analyzing urban data platforms implemented in other cities in Europe and in the world and we defined the user requirements of the platform.
