Digital transformation of all credit granting processes of ISP
Rapid prototyping trough scrum rooms involving a multidisciplinary team.
As Sr UX designer I've been involved in designing the new application Managers & Analysts of ISP will use in their credit-granting process,
integrating analysis and approval processes currently carried out offline or with
different platforms into a single cloud platform.
I supported the ISP team defining information architecture,
requirements and detailed design of the digital products to be developed.
The project was developed with Agile methodologies, through Scrum Room sessions.
The sessions involved co-designing the product with end users: within a multidisciplinary team I worked through several iteration cycles of the prototype, by evaluation sessions with users, keeping output always in line with users' expectations
Understand
I participated in the scrum sessions of the initial discovery phase. As Ux designer, together with the scrum master, product owner and users, I participated in the definition and writing of the requirements in the form of Epics and
user stories written down by the full team.
Deliverables
- Definition of epics and user stories
Design and test
Based on the epics and user stories written by the whole team in the discovery phase, me and my team translates the requirements into digital prototypes, designed according to the ISP visual guidelines and design system.
Thanks to the rapid prototyping process, we arrived in a short time ( sprint sessions of 2-3 weeks) to prototype different sections of the MVP. During sprint review, the design was presented to the rest of the group (stakeholders and users) and and iterated with 2/3 cycles of validation
with the users and the ISP management team.
Deliverables
- Digital prototypes
- Detailed design & specifications for IT development
