Enhanced Membership Platform for Unicoop Tirreno
Redesigning the website to ensure a personalized browsing experience
Unicoop Tirreno needed to develop a new web platform aimed to guarantee a personalized browsing experience to customers and members of their cooperative.
As UX designer, strategist and Project manager I led the team from ideation to design phase. Thanks to participatory design techniques and the active involvement of stakeholders and partners we successfully delivered the new membership platform: a user experience that follows the principles of usability and emotional design.
Listen and understand
The start-up phase of the project began with several workshops, involving all the main stakeholders of the project.
Through co-design and participatory decision-making techniques, all the stakeholders shared the objectives, guidelines, KPIs and themes of the new portal.
On the other side, quantitative and qualitative research on Google and Facebook audiences identified the most relevant pain points and opportunities for the redesign project.

Co-ideation and Model
Thanks to the collective analysis of the documents of the first phase of the project and several moments of co-design, Unicoop stakeholders, together with designers, strategists and developers have defined fundamental elements of the project: the target, the architecture and the functionalities of the cooperative's new web portal.

Design and content
Following the tone of voice and the design guidelines defined by the national Coop brand, the project continued with the design of the Ux and Ui of the interface and the production of the visual and textual content of the new Unicoop Tirreno website.

Monitoring & promoting
The It development of the portal was carried out through several validation and collaboration cycles with the designer team and included an important debug and optimization phase.
The Unicoop Tirreno web portal is continuously monitored and evaluated through audience analysis and user feedback and consequently improved and optimized from a Ux, Ui and content point of view.
